Founder & Guide, Boulder Guided Retreat

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here!

Boulder Guided Retreat began as a quiet vision during a personal retreat in Mexico seven years ago. An offering rooted in the practices I love most and the way I want to spend meaningful time with others. It’s a reflection of how I live, learn, and connect.

I come to this work with a foundation in education. I formally trained with a Master’s in Experiential Education, grounded in the belief that true understanding comes through lived experience. Whether through hands-on learning, time in nature, or moments of stillness, I’ve always found that presence is the most powerful teacher.

Massage school taught me the language of touch and the power of creating comfort and ease. Over the years, I’ve studied and practiced a wide range of modalities: yoga (Iyengar, Kriya, Kaiut), Jin Shin Jyutsu, Chi Kung Healing, Cranial Sacral Therapy, tarot, the Enneagram, flower essences, essential oils, and Five Element Theory. My teachers include not only people but places, the land, ocean, and the unseen wisdom of the natural world.

I’m endlessly curious. Whether through cooking, gardening, meditation, or story, I seek out what connects us to each other, to the earth, and to ourselves. Literature and nature have always been my companions, and my relationship with nature continues to shape how I hold space for others.

At the heart of my work is comfort and belonging, both internal and external. It’s a language I speak fluently. I offer a grounded, nurturing presence that supports your return to what is essential, authentic, and whole. I thrive in one-on-one relationships, where true connection and transformation can unfold.

My joy is in creating a space where you can rest, reflect, and begin again with clarity, softness, and strength.

This retreat is my gift and life-long passion. It’s one of care, presence, and possibility. I look forward to sharing it with you.
