The Transition Retreat

Life often brings us to a pause, a forced stopping: a career change, divorce, empty nest, accidents, loss, illness, death, and much more. These events are life-changing, and in order to deeply grasp their impact, it's so important to have the space to re-evaluate, re-calibrate, rest, and process.

Often, it's difficult to find space within our daily routine to take the time we need. Bring your own story, your own experience, your own questions to be held, explored, and loved in a facilitated inquiry space.

This is a three day intensive in which we will explore:

  • finding the fresh eyes to see more clearly,

  • exploring the pain, confusion, or grief that has arisen,

  • crafting a map forward to meet the challenges life is offering,

  • moving with compassion for our dilemmas,

  • exploring our conditioned reactions while reaching for a deep understanding of self, others, and life.

All of this happens within the context of nourishing food, expansive nature, present attunement, and gentle care following the format of the Contentment Retreat.

Since change does not happen quickly, at the end of our time together there is the option to arrange a continuation of support.

The support options are:

  • Two scheduled calls (up to 1 hr each) per month to check-in, map progress, attend to new challenges, deepen the support structure.

  • Contact me on an "as needed basis"—because sometimes it's hard to plan ahead for when you could use a little extra support, for when challenges arise. A call as frequently as you might need, up to six times a month.

  • We can also customize exactly what you might decide you need.
